Description
the TM dispenser is a mobile quickdraw system to be used with the TM glove. A pokemon league organized and sponsored by the Bio dynamics corps make use of this system for trainers attempting this league. Trainers are given the ability to teach pokemon a new move during the heat of battle which is a rule frown upon on other leagues. However, the glove the trainer use in the league has the pokemon power to human use disabled or removed. Though in some underground battles, trainers will have their gloves equipped for attack mode...
though only 3 pokemon may be used, theres no rules in how many pokemon can be send out, its up to the trainer's personal strategy and tactics to manipulate his 3 pokemon in battle.
the pokemon hunter in my animation uses a customized dispenser system to store more TM discs for his personal use and adaptation attack/defensive tactics for his pokemon

Teaching Pokemon moves in the heat of battle. That's a very interesting concept. It would be cool if they implemented that in the actual game.
