It's good, but his movement is a bit too even. If you changed some things so that they moved out of time, you'd be part of the way into giving him a bit more personality. I can imagine his head moving independently, with his eyes peering at targets "off screen", and his arms and tail stiffening; the former implying a level of concentration.

well thats the flaw for reusing the same drawn head image and have it overlay over the guide animation.

it will need more work if I want to make a more expressive head when it does the walk cycle.
