Odex has declared war against our local anime community.

I am pretty much neutral against both side,(I dont DL anime, serious, cause I dunnoe how lol)

but with ODEX forcing our ISP to surrender user IPs using the law to get proof of them downloading their anime and fineing them 5K in fines or else court order....

this is my views on what ODEX is now, even though I am knowledge that anime downloading in the first place is illegal, but how ODEX handles matter, its a complete tyranny and a holocaust.....

I am not a big anime fanatic, but in this issue, I am with you. Forcing the network to surrender IP addresses is an outrage. It's an invasion of privacy, and it infringes on the company's policy. This truly is a holocaust.

it's not like I'm living in Singapore, but my friend's living there. what actually HAPPENED in august 2nd? did like 73429847 people were fined and had to pay to ODEX 5k for downloading? :?
